Rating: 9/10. Welcome to internet's best — and probably most extensive summary of the book, although I think no amount of summarizing does it any real justice. It's a must read for everyone who is interested in quality business literature. Don't let the initial publishing year of 1991 scare you off.
Rating: 3/10. When approaching this book I was looking to learn in detail about how Salesforce spearheaded the "new sales model" which has since become the industry standard for many SaaS sales teams. What I ended up with instead was absolutely nothing new and a recap of only one truly useful thing.
